The Daily Practice

Breathe. Blend. Become.

Transformation rarely arrives in one great leap. It arrives in small rituals, kept faithfully. This is the rhythm we offer every visitor to the sanctuary.

Breathe

Arrive in the body. One guided minute of slow, even breath tells your nervous system it is safe to be here, now.

Blend

Anchor the state with scent. Each Apothecary blend holds one intention, so a single breath of it can return you to practice anywhere.

Become

Practise daily. The Ascent offers a quote, reflection, ritual and affirmation for each of thirty days, moving from root to radiance.

Today's Awakening

Arrive in this day

Day 10 · StillnessWeek II · Awareness · Air
Stillness is where the power breathes.

Beneath the noise of ambition and thought lies a quiet intelligence that holds everything together. When you pause long enough to listen, you begin to move with the rhythm of the universe.

Ritual

Sit in silence for three breaths longer than you normally would. Feel the inhale rise like dawn, the exhale fall like dusk.

Affirmation

“I return to the stillness that knows.”

Everyone in the circle walks the same day of The Ascent together.
The Four Primordial Currents

Four archetypes, one rising

Our work draws on four primordial feminine forces from across the world's wisdom traditions. Each holds an element, a teaching and an ally from the Apothecary. Notice which one your body leans toward, and which one it avoids.

Fire · Creative force

Shakti

The dynamic power that makes all form move. Shakti asks you to stop waiting for permission and let desire become devotion.

Ally · Shakti Fire Balm

Ether · Boundless source

Aditi

The limitless mother of the Vedic cosmos, the space before form. Aditi reminds you that you are not the noise. You are the sky it passes through.

Ally · Lunar Bloom Mist

Air · Ascension & focus

Artemis

The sovereign huntress of the moonlit path. Artemis teaches single-pointed attention: choose your aim, then let everything else fall away.

Ally · Ascend Oil

Earth · Moral grounding

Ala

The Igbo earth mother, keeper of fertility, justice and right relationship. Ala roots ambition in integrity, so that what you build can stand.

Our Mission

To awaken the primordial feminine force within, so that each of us may live fully, rise consciously and lead purposefully.

Rise rooted

Ascension without grounding is escape. We keep one hand on the stars and one on the soil.

Radiate inward-out

Real power is felt before it is seen. We cultivate the inner state, and let the outer life follow.

Walk in alignment

Universal flow and earthly responsibility belong together. Spirit is practised in how we treat people.

Questions

Before you begin

If your question is not here, write to us below. We answer every message personally.

How do I use the daily ritual?

Visit Today's Awakening each morning. Read the quote slowly, sit with the reflection, then do the ritual, most of which take one to five minutes. Say the affirmation aloud before you leave the house. You can follow the shared day of The Ascent, or begin your own 30-day path from Day 1.

Are the blends safe for sensitive skin, pregnancy or children?

Our blends are for external use only. Please patch test on the inner arm before first use. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care or buying for a child, speak with your practitioner first. Ingredients are listed on each product.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We deliver across Lagos in 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, elsewhere in Nigeria in 3 to 7 working days, and internationally on request with a personal delivery quote. Orders are packed by hand within 2 working days of payment.

How do I pay?

Place your order online and you will receive our bank details with your order reference. Your blends are reserved for you while you pay.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because our blends touch skin and breath, we cannot accept opened items, but if anything arrives damaged we replace it at no cost. Read the full policy.

Do you work with companies, teams and boards?

Yes. Our conscious leadership workshops are designed for founders, executive teams and boards, on-site or online. Tell us about your team in the form below and we will propose a format.

Do you offer gifting or wholesale?

Yes. The Four Elements Ritual Set is our most loved gift, and we prepare corporate gifting and wholesale orders for spas, retreats and boutiques. Choose "Wholesale & gifting" in the form below.
